About our Condo:
About the Condo Unit.
If climbing some stairs is not your thing, this may not be the best place for you. Our unit is up the side of a mountain (Whaleback Mountain/Mt. Flume), there are 14 stairs and a slight incline to our door. Once inside, living spaces are splits to the different living quarter levels.
Condo Unit is a split 3 level dwelling. As you walk in front door on landing:
1. Downstairs seven stairs is the Master Bedroom, Main full Bathroom and Utility Room (electric panel & hot water tank).
2. If you head up eight stairs from entry, you are in the main living quarters with Livingroom/Dining Room, Kitchen and Deck Access.
3. Up another eight and then three stairs from the living/dining room leads to the 2ndbedroom with attached ¾ Bathroom.

Our condo is equipped with Fire extinguishers on each level as well as smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors for your safety.
We have a electronic Keypad for entry. You will be provided with a unique PIN code prior to your arrival.
There is a lockbox on the unit exterior for emergency key access should the keypad fail.
We have 2 deeded parking spots for our unit next to the condo. The association has overflow parking (see map) if needed.
Prior to your arrival, you will be provided with our welcome guide which includes how to’s like “How to start the fireplace” to recommendations of places to visit or eat or find local hospitals if you had an emergency during your stay.
